I ask because I’ve been having CONSTANT problems with site speed an availability with them, and I have a support ticket open. I’m talking about this has been going on for a month or more.
So I updated the ticket to let them know that – once again – my sites are slow and unresponsive. I am then told that they are under DDOS attack.
This is the second time in a month or so that they’ve blamed a DDOS attack for my problems. Other times (I seem to have to contact them at least once a day) they say they can’t find the problem.
So I was just hoping to corroborate their claim with other HVH customers…
