Arvixe Service is Declining

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

Hi everybody,

I chose Arvixe because I received good reviews in this forum and several other forums. Out of all web hosting services, Arvixe received almost no complaints or bad reviews.

And so I tried it out. The first month was great. But the second month was awful. Their server stability team, suddenly disabled my account. They accuse me of violating their “terms and conditions”.

I gave them an explanation and asked them back about the violation I made, but there was no straight answer. They couldn’t point out exactly my violation.

I asked numerous times, and their team, especially by the name “Poornima Sujith”, didn’t even have a clue of how the system work or how certain web app concept are defined. She doesn’t really understand what my violation is! In short, they have no strong prove or clear justification to shut down my account!

In the end, however, my account was active again and my website is online. But some parts of my website remain inaccessible. I tediously check and recheck everything and found out that their team is still denying certain access to my own database. This is outrages!

It’s been days since I kept on complaining about this, but there’s no response. Arvand, if you read this, please do something about it! Give me the appropriate MySQL access that I had a month ago to my own database!
