Best way to change web server?

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

I am hoping to get advice on what is the easiest way to change web servers while still keeping my website as intact as possible. I am presently with Yahoo Small Business and my business email has been inaccessible for a week now. Every time I contact Yahoo customer service about when my email will be restored I am told that they have had to up my repair work to another level, (which I assume means that whomever had it last was not capable of making the repair), and it this point it has gone up 3 levels and they have told me that nothing will be done on the weekend and I will have to wait until Monday for them to get to it. By Monday I could be on the way out of business. Obviously Yahoo isn’t concerned about the damage they are doing to my business and I need to go elsewhere, but what is the best way to do that and still retain my domain name and as much of the structure of the website as possible?
