Big scam with leapswitch.com (Be careful)

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

Recently i have purchased an reseller account from Leapswitch.com (LeapSwitch) ]
They are silly hosting company, bad support, they don’t know customer support, don’t management hosting service, there is 2-3 person with support line, but they says they are bigger company. many support stuff they have, don’t believe this. Its totally fake.

1. They are sick clients, there is opened live chat systems, but they are recommended create a new ticket often, and when i have create ticket then they respond with 4-5h, so why need open live chat?

2. They are said your reseller account with server loading high, so what can i do? i have place a new sites those are ages 3-4 month and there is no longer hues visitor. there is like 20-30 visitors per account.

3. They are suspended an account (like: xyz dot com)that is high load because the sites visitors too many, they suspended that account and i have agree with them and i have requested them un suspended the reseller account without(xyz dot com) they un suspended the reseller account and again suspended the reseller account due to server load.

4. I have ask them which domains with getting high, they don’t reply the ans clearly.

5. They are recommended using html site? so why i have paid for html site with 13.49 usd? is it right?
