Bigrock support and service has became worst. This is my latest review on bigrocks.

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

Hello All,

I have registered a domain name in Bigrocks. My domain name is “craftmind . com”. I have the domain hosted under another provider leaving the domain registered with Bigrocks. Till yesterday 19/09/2013 1.00 pm(GMT +5.30)the domain was loading fine.

I got an update from my hosting company that their server got into root level hacking. They are working on it to restore all the websites. I was fighting with my hosting company and I was thinking to change my hosting to bigrocks.

Later I have reached my home at 9 pm (IST)and sat down to verify the status of my domain. My browser said “Domain not found”. I got shocked. When I checked the whois I got this result.

I just rushed to bigrocks portal. It was showing domain suspended. I really got shocked and tried to reach their voice support they said they will work from morning “9 am to 9 pm”. I have opened a ticket. I just got auto response from yesterday. It has been 24 hours my domain has been taken down. I didnt get any updates till now.

I lost my business. My clients are asking why my emails are getting bounced back. I cant say that the domain has been suspended. I was trying to manipulate them. As of now I have placed “site under renovation” page for the global customers and using my email service. Why the hell the bigrock has taken down my site?

Im not a layman in the support industry. I have vast experience as a Server Administrator.

1) If the hosting server got attacked and my account got compromised. Why the hell you people taken down my registration service?

2) If you have suspended my domain for some reason, where is the notification email.

3) I have opened a ticket before 16 hours. Why there is no update from you guys? If you can give a proper update, then for what you are displaying the board as 24/7 support.

4) If you have received any report on the website, you must inform the end customer and you need to notify the hosting company to take the necessary action or open a abuse complaint over hosting company. If not you need to inform about the complaint to me. Why did you guys didnt do this?

5) Today you have enabled my whois globally. Why did you removed my ID protection? What you guys thinking of yourself. Whats wrong with you people.

People think your service is good if the 24/7 banner is placed in the website? At last you deliver a crap support for the end customers. I have recommended many of my friends & clients to get hosting and domain registration from Bigrock’s. Today Im gonna call every one and inform them to cancel the hosting.
