
We work since a couple of years with them and they are the worst company, which we know.. But they are the cheapest company and one of the biggest company and this is the problem..
We resell their Server and the Support is not poor, no, there is NO Support! Nothing! We had opened a ticket a couple of days, because A NEW SETUPED Server has the wrong password ! Did we receive any answer? NO! Did we receive a NEW working Password? NO!
Did we Receive any sorry and any compensation? NO!
The one and only what we received was a lot of tickets from OUR Customer, that he was very angry, that we have a very bad Service ….
We have the Fun with our customer..and Burst.net…they do nothing….
We had now open a paypal complaint…
is Burst.net realy so poor?
is there any way to stop this kidding company?
