Yes 5 days after an emergency reboot and i am still waiting i have opened tickects and have called their telephone support and No action

they seem to think that its acceptable to not reboot a server

if you rented a shop or an office how whould you respond if the landlord locked you out for no reason for 5 days.

had this sever 3 months and this is the third time i have had issues with burst.net support in regards to reboots should i say the lack of support.

I am far from happy with burst.net and their Don’t give a F### attitude to their customers

If you ar happy with 70% uptime and 5-7 days to get a reboot then this is the company for you

if you want service or a respomse dont bother with burst
