CDN for Dynamic Content?

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

I’m looking for a fast cdn to cache static and dynamic content.

I’d like to point directly the primary domain to the cdn to get the homepage and the main sections delivered with the lowest delay possible.

My concern is about the uncached content. How does it works? The cdn will create a commot http request to the origin server or there will be a constat open “tunnel” to get the response faster respect a direct call to the origin server?

I seen only the business version of cloudflare advertising this feature: Railgun ( and Akamai the “Aqua web dynamic site accelerator” (…celerator.html)

Unfortunately cloudflare isn’t in my list of possible cdns due to the latency not low enough… and akamai probably will be too much expensive.

This is my list, selected by the metrix of

1) Akamai
2) CDN77
3) Amazon Cloud Front

and as Plan B

4) Highwindws
5) onApp
6) CDNetworks

What of these cdn(s) do something similar to cloudflare and akamai? Are there any good akamai reseller?

Thanks in advance

In cedexis there are listed two “akamai”: akamai(r) and akamai(g). The (g) often has poor performances. Does anyone knows what are these differences?
