CitoHost CloudMega Review – Lost All My Data

Going to keep this short as possible. I have been with CitoHost – CloudMega for a year. I have 3 different hosting accounts/websites with them. Around last week I was checking my email I noticed I had an email from CitoHost for “Service Suspension Notification” (keep in mind I paid on time). All 3 websites were down…So my first though was they took down my sites because they think I didn’t pay.

I contacted support to figure out the problem. They say they were transferring sites to CloudMega side and figuring out what happen to my sites…but I honestly think they deleted my data because they thought my account wasn’t paid. An error on there part.

During many timed of replying to tickets I asked them if they had deleted my data and they assured many time that my data was not lost. In the end they were just stalling because they in fact lost all my data for 3 websites I had with them.

With that I DO NOT recommend CitoHost/CloudMega
