Looking to revamp our welcome email that goes out to new sign ups.
Other than the obvious, log in information, server information etc. would you share what other information you include in your welcome email to your new sign ups?
thanks

Links to support methods / contact information is always good. Maybe the URL to your FAQ or KB, policy URLs, server status graphs, etc., are also good additions to “the usual”.

A link to an internal wiki is always great, and informative for clients with zero technical background
TOS link is always good to put the rules at the very beginning than having to inform them when theres a complaint.

Use headers and sub headers as customers won’t want to search through multiple lines for what they need.
