CloudFlare – worst support experience ever!

My recent experience:
they don’t read the entire question and are giving standard answers that actually don’t help. Its one week now and the support didn’t answer a single question and don’t know anything about their own product.

I asked why flexible SSL doesn’t work with WordPress, which I installed on a subdomain. Its messing up the entire site. I am using flexible SSL for a couple subdomains and its working fine. The root domain is using full ssl. I managed that by using different page rules for each subdomain.

The support guy told me that I cannot set separate SSL settings for subdomains that are different from the root level domain.

WRONG, I am doing that already and I sent him some subdomains as proof. But no answer for days.

So I reminded him that there is still a open support thread and he answered within minutes and explained me the difference between flexible ssl and full ssl but no answer regarding my wordpress issue or why flexible ssl is working even he is saying that this is not supposed to work.

So I asked him why he isn’t answering my question and he just repeated his last answer.

After that I re-explained my issues but again no answer for 4 days.

Sorry Cloudflare, but I am really disappointed!
