CloudLinux users, how do you estimate a safe limit to oversell?

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

I am using CloudLinux for some time now and it’s been very good for shared hosting. As you know CL can densify a single server “safely” than a server without CL, making it easier to oversell. That said, how do you usually estimate a safe number to oversell your server?

To make it a bit easier, let’s say you sell 1GB space per account and your server has 1TB space. The safe way to sell this obviously is to just sell 1,000 accounts. But, since not all account will actually consume 1GB, you will oversell. Now, how do you estimate a safe max number in terms of number of accounts per server?
