Does anyone have any contact information with Comcast for removing an IP from their black list?

Here is the interesting thing, mail would get through fine, but when trying to connect to this IP or any website that had shared this IP via Comcast you would get a connection error. Spent most of Sunday to narrow it down to just a Comcast issue.

All websites that had shared that IP have been moved to a new one so no clients are affected now, but I would like to contact Comcast to see why the IP was blocked and clear up any “issue” they may have.
