
Hello. I have 2 weird problems with my cpanel email account.
I set up an email on cpanel. Then I added that email to outlook.
I also set up a forwarding from the cpanel to my gmail address.
1. When someone send me an email, I can see it on my outlook but not on my cpanel email (roundcube,squirrel, etc’…).
I also get the email to my gmail account.
2. I put my cpanel email on my whmcs and enabled ticket notification.
Now when someone open a new ticket I get a notification to my gmail account, but not to my outlook & cpanel.
Any idea why that is?
It doesn’t make any sense because to get to my gmail it must go through cpanel first. so how is it not there?
