
Based on what kind of speed you mean.. If you mean latency or actual bandwidth. Bandwidth doesn’t really matter, except if you serve really a lot of traffic, but latency matters because if latency is high, the response for the DNS query will be longer, resulting in longer time for you to get the IP, which means longer time for the page to load, for the initial DNS lookup.
If it’s cached, no it doesn’t matter
