Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

Hello, I would appreciate assistance in guidance in switching to a new hosting providor for a business website. Currently, we are hosted on Bluehost and cannot deal with the downtime and very slow load time anymore. I am hoping that I can get some insight from a knowledgable group of individuals! (Please excuse me if my use of terminology is not all correct.)

Our most important metrics are site uptime, page load speed, and the ability to reach a human if something does go wrong at some point!

Short List that We’ve Come Up With
Inmotion hosting
(??? Your recommendation and why!?)

Bandwidth and Web Traffic
Currently we have approximately 1500 visitors/month, although it is expected to change to about 2000-2500 visitors/month or possibly more in the upcoming months. Some of the pages can be image heavy, although they are optimized as much as possible. The website is built upon WordPress, and I do understand that some Plugins can be a bit “heavy,” and these are scaled back as much as possible as well. Basically, it is streamlined as much as possible bandwidth wise to make up for the pages that have multiple images.

Expected Page Load Speed
We have customers internationally, so wherever someone is viewing from I would like the page to load in <2 seconds, 1 second is optimal.

Hosting Requirements
As stated above, we will be hosting images (for use on WordPress) as well as media files (images, video, audio) that we send to customers and associates on the domain.
