Gmail Business is expensive for a team. Advice me for another good email provider.

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

Hello there.

Here is the thing: I used to run a small website and now it’s a huge website with a lot of editors. I was OK with 5$ per-month for the main email for the website (contact@example.com), but I need to give every editor and every page a personalized email. I calculated how many emails I want (5$ x 15 editor = 75$ per-month, that’s 900$ a year!… 900$ A YEAR!)

That is a lot of money. To be honest my ads profits did not reach 900$ a month, yet.

I found Outlook.com which is free for 50 email account (very enough for me), but what if they changed their plans to be paid, just like Google with their Business Apps? I don’t think they’re a long-term friendly. Does they support syncing the read and unread emails between devices? I really forgot what protocol support that, but does it support this or not? That is the question.

Or, I can use my “unlimited” email hosting, bla-bla-bla that came with my hosting plan on A2Hosting.com? It’s free and unlimited, too. But is it reliable? what if I decided to move to another hosting company, could they move the email accounts and the whole thing without issues? I tried using the webmail apps for these emails. I did not like them at all. It’s useable on any email client, but maybe I want to access my email from the web in a public library or my friend’s computer…etc. Am I making this a big of a deal and it’s not? Because I really don’t know about the hosting things like some of you do.

I searched and searched, but you guys are the experts, so advice me. What should I do? If you have a good provider/service I would love it, if you recommended a company that accept yearly paying NOT only monthly.

I will be thankful.
