Hello All,
We have just been running our hosting company for years without any issue of spam. Then last month users started complaining that all the emails are being classified as spam so we decided to investigate the issue.
To our great dismay we discovered a user (paypal email: ankitdixit441@gmail.com) was generating over 35,000 emails per day!! We have now terminated the user account but we are left cleaning up the mess. We have limited all users sending of email to 30 per hour and other suggested forms on cpanel website as we were using the default cpanel settings.
However, for some reason Gmail is still marking emails from our servers as spam. We have tried changing the IP address of our server but it is still not working.
Please I will appreciate any suggestions to overcome this, as our customers are not happy. Also, is there a recommended managed service that we can pay for to handle email?
Thanks
