Single day experience with Networkpada.com as follows :
They appolised and offered straight forward to cancel the account
within an hour after payment and admitted that they dont have singapore hosting.
Incase they dont want you can not communicate with them… they claim that
LIVE CHAT is available which was not there… they wont reply you if they dont want.
We were unable to restore Akeeba backup of 110 MB after several attempts.
They cited resource issue for restoration for just 110 MB file and again
offered to cancel the account. if we are not allowed to restore 110 Mb file
with 20 GB Plan…. then is there any reason to carry with their platform ???
We were discussing the issue through ticket and suddenly & Shockingly…..
I was unable to login in to my customer area… Probably all services stopped related
It seems that they themselve canceled the account without any communication
or prior approval or intimation. All the Id’s of customer area login, Cpanel login Just blocked
by them without any intimation.
God Knows weather will they refund the money or ?????? which they claim that one can
get the money back anytime.
Freinds…. All you tech savy people can analyse how much resources can be required for
a joomla based site with just 110 MB size file…. I just reached to a conclusion that
they probably had one answer for all the problem of their customer “we do not want to
create problems for our 2500 customer…. that is why the Resources are restricted”
So as an example if a customer needs to restore their backup they need prior approval and
permission from Networkpanda and dependent on them for this regular process.
I neither have any surplus time nor have any intension to talk about Networkpanda.com
I am just sharing this practical experience so that others may think once before they
decide their future course of action.
