I signed up for hostwired on 1/14/13, and used them to host a site that i was selling a script from. Well, i quickly lost interest in the project and was working on new ones.
I ended up getting a vps somewhere else because i intended on building a much bigger site. I forgot about the site hosted on hostwire but i didn’t experience any issues with getting it up and running, but i cant comment about the quality of the service because i didn’t use it much.
As for the customer service i got billed on 1/14/14 which was my fault as i thought i already canceled but didn’t. I thought it couldn’t hurt to ask for a refund since i will never use the service again and here’s the message i got from verbatim:
Quote:
Hello, I am afraid we cannot give a refund as per our TOS: http://www.hostwired.com/terms because refudns are valid only within 30 days from the registration date. However I will make an exception here and refund your last payment if you are willing to write a review about us on WHT or WHS. Please let us know. Thank you, |
That concludes my review about hostwired.
