How can a dedicated IP answer only one domain on port 80?

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

I have made a mistake of sharing an IP number between my nameserver and another account on the server. So now, both of these bring the same site:

It’s a mess, and I don’t want to change the IP numbers. Without using htaccess tricks, is there a way to tell the server that one particular IP# can only answer for www.client.com on port 80? Or, nameservers can not answer on port 80 at all in general? I know it is easy to do this on Windows/IIS but this server runs on Linux/Apache/WHM, which I am still mastering. Any help is appreciated.
