How can I see exactly what an ip has tried to access on my server?

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

I am getting ALOT of these kind of messages in my error log, 10 attempts every 5-10 seconds.

Code:

[Mon Jan 27 09:25:02 2014] [error] [client 66.249.78.145] mod_qos(045): access denied, invalid request line: can't parse uri, c=66.249.78.145, id=UuYl7m1Lp9kAAG4xix4AAADD

The ip is a google ip so dont want to block it, but is there a command I can run in ssh which tells me which site or files on the server that ip was trying to access?

I thought it was something like this:

Code:

netstat -anp | grep 66.249.78.145

but does not produce any results.
