Hi, if I have a shared web hosting acct and have several WordPress websites running under several sub-domains and add on domains, does Cloudflare caches all of my websites or can I configure Cloudflare for only certain websites?

As long as you have nameserver control of the domain itself, then you can set your nameservers to CloudFlare’s, and manage your DNS records and caching preferences from there.

Yes. Set the nameservers of cloudflare and you can manage everything from cloud flare dns manager. You customize the cloudflare settings (On/OFF) on each DNS record.
