Well, some of you may be familiar with my annoying 503/301 error problem I posted earlier this week. I still have no definitive answer from support staff after posting a support ticket two (2) weeks ago.
Apparently, the problem is “escalated” every time I ask a question…
Now, I am wondering, how long is too long for such a support ticket in your opinion? Please feel free to share any past experiences too!
(Whoa, I feel almost like this is a group therapy… )
