We have seen our service slowly degrading over the last 6 months. They moved our account to a new server with different IP and a number of our sites needed to have their a records fixed. Now half the time the sites don’t even load.

I don’t mind if we get a heads up when changes are coming but they don’t tell us and then they don’t respond to questions. It is costing me a small fortune in customer service and having to move stuff away from them.

They have squeezed any performance out of our account and are forcing us to move to a new host.

This is venting after months of days like to day where customers call because their sites don’t load.

We had NO problems for almost 18 months and now nothing but…
