Hi

I am new to this, but hoping someone can help

My website is ultra-aep.com and I have 3 subdomains development.ultra-aep.com portal.ultra-aep.com and paygate.ultra-aep.com

The main site is fine and I think portal and development subdomains are also ok, but for some reason I cannot see paygate.ultra-aep.com anywhere on the internet.

I have checking various dns check tools and they say that “delegation not found on parent”

Can anyone shed any light on the problem please
