LicenseCube.com stole my money! STAY AWAY!

I was their customer since 2012 until this Januari 2014, I’ve purchased interworx license in 2012 and due date at 22th every month. My payment for this license are manual via Paypal. In December, I made 2 payments for same service/license interwork, first payment as usual and second payment for Paypal subscription (paid twice for same service/license), this payment gives me a credit balance. At 15th January 2014, I’m requesting cancellation for this license via their website at contact page and couple next day I sent via email too (to 3 departments: billing, support and sales). At 20th January, my credit balance is $0 and invoice for interworx license paid/renewed from my credit. At 22th January, my license renewed and cancelled by them after few hours and at 25th January got deactivated. (see the image attachment)
I sent emails (twice after 25 january) to ask them why this happen, but I never receive any single email or clarification from them and my credit balance stilL $0. It seems they ignore my emails. So I made my conclusion, that they simply stole my money! The worst license provider that I’ve ever seen. STAY AWAY from LicenseCube!
