I am looking for cheap local hosting options in the following countries – AU, UK, RU, ES, SE, FR, PL, RO and DE.
I prefer local hosting in each location as opposed to one company that provides IPs throughout the world.
Any recommendations?

Is your web application very huge in terms of space and requires more bandwidth or processing power? In case if your web app is not so huge, personally I would suggest to go for one host rather than having multiple hosts in different area’s. This will increase your work overheads and cost also. Truly speaking location of the server doesn’t matter much, the services provided by them matters a lot. Rather I would suggest you to stick to one reliable host, if at all your app is huge and requires more resources you can always move from shared to vps to dedicated as and when your requirements increase and I am sure that your host would be the best one to help you on this. Still if you think you should go for multiple local hosts try CDN for the same.

Yeah, that’s not going to happen for several locations. Not cheap. What’s your idea of cheap anyway?

what is the main reason for the different locations? are you concerned about speed? or is for another purpose? if speed, I don’t think it’s worth going through the trouble of separating the server locations, if it’s another purpose, go the Google page of the country you wish and search for a local host.
