I’ve heard of many horror stories by webmasters whose hardwork, dedication and time were wasted due to inexperienced and bad hosts. In fact, everyday we hear of stories where webmasters chose the wrong host to save a penny or two or fall for the “unlimited” lies. 2 Years 6 Months back, I had joined WebHostingTalk looking for a host for my (back then) upcoming community which would be powered by XenForo.

I had quite many different hosts in my initial selection “list”, and came across positive MDDHosting reviews on WHT. I must say, coming across that was possibly fate and the best thing to ever happen for my then un-existing community.

On July 2011, me and my partner decided that MDDHosting would be our host, they will be whom we trust while we concentrate on building our community. And up until today, a full 2 years 6 months passed, I have had zero complains or problems with MDD.

There have been slight errors, such as once there was a mySQL corruption of some kind where a 24 hour back-up needed to be restored, there was also other minor downtimes, but as a overall experience I remember my website being unavailable only 4 to 5 times in a overall of 30 months, now that’s a solid good average for a shared provider.

Yes, until just a week back I was on their “basic” shared plan, the starter plan and the least priced plan, you would think that because I was one of their lowest paying customers they’d not pay that much attention towards my needs, but whenever I opened a ticket with their support it was answered within 15 minutes and the issue solved within a couple of hours at most.

What can I say, MDDHosting is the best host we could ever wish for, having just upgraded to semi-dedicated we plan to stick with MDD for the rest of our communities life, because there is no one else I’d trust apart from the guys and gals at MDD to host my community and take care of everything at the back end. I thank them from the bottom of my heart as they have played a huge role in helping my community which began with 0 members and 0 posts to reach a thriving and active community of 1000+ members and 100,000+ posts.

Keep up the great work MDD.

Edit: I have reported this post with my domain link for confirmation of the domain as per the guidelines of WHT.
