MnMHost is not replying to any of my tickets that I send to them.
About 2 weeks ago, I went on my website. The website displayed an “Internal Server Error”. So, I went to go to MnMHost.com to send a ticket because of the error. But unexpectedly, MnMHost.com also had an Internal Server Error!
Fast forwards 3 days. MnMHost.com is finally back up, hooray! But my website still has an “Internal Server Error”. So I proceed to send them a ticket. And then I waited.
But their support didn’t reply for a full twelve hours(!), but I managed to fix it myself.

But the above could just mean that they have really slow support. Well, I made another ticket for my website. It has not been replied to yet.
I sent them one ticket, and they never replied to it for 5 days! So I closed that ticket, and made another one. So far, they haven’t replied for 6 days! So altogether, that is 11 days!!

They have replied to all of my tickets within a couple of hours before, but now they’re not replying at all!
Unless MnMHost provides an explanation for this, do not purchase any hosting at MnMHost!
