First let me say that I value this forum and am grateful for all the help provided here.

I have recently moved some of my customers to liquidweb. I don’t host, I just set up an account for them. They pay it, own it, etc. All accounts are shared.

Here is my problem/question. On every one of these accounts we have had firewall issues. Several of the sites are wordpress and they seem to trigger the mod security firewall at random while making changes. ALL of the customers have been firewalled more than once for inputting incorrect email/password combos. The problem is that if one employee does this, it blocks the entire company until I contact liquidweb and ask to have the ip delisted. As you could imagine, a company with 20+ employees does this about once a week…

I need a reliable host that has a more usable security policy and maybe no mod security.
