My experience with Godaddy and a technical question

I registered a shared hosting account with Godaddy 16 months ago, and I hosted 3 websites as I registered a deluxe plan which allow more than a website, every thing was fine till 4 months ago when I found all my websites go down at the same time for few minutes, then work normally for around 1 hour or less, then down for few minutes, and like that all THE DAY.

I contacted them and they said to me, we are aware of this problem and we are working at it, I asked when it will work normally ?, they said we can’t give you determine time. And after a week everything worked normally again.

10 days ago I am facing the same exact problem, I contacted them, and attached a traceroute from my local p.c, they saying (Based on the traceroute that you attached in your reply, although there does seem to be a timeout occurring at Level3.net which is a Tier 2 ISP which would account for slow site resolution, There are no current issues related to your hosting server )

First ticket took 3 days to answer, second around 30 hours, third till now around 24 hours and no answer yet !

I don’t believe them but I don’t want to prejudice at them. So my question is, When all the websites at my hosting account down at the same moment, and work at the same moment, even LiveZilla cilents log out automatically when the websites is down, and log in again when the websites work normally. Is that could be not related to the hosting ???

Note : when that’s happening I test my internet connection and everything work prefect except my sites : ))
