Hostgator & Bluehost are owned by the same parent company Endurance International Group (EIG) and they don’t seem to have a nice rep around here.
Out of your list I would personally use namecheap, but if I was making my own list I’d recommend FreshRostedHosting or CrocWeb, used crocweb in the past and currently use FRH for a VPS.
Good luck on your search, most providers are doing Cyber Monday now not Black Friday Including Hostgator.
