I signed up in January to what I thought is 99c/mo plan. They call it some ‘Linux basic hosting’ or alike. For that price I was going to put up with stupid management interface and HORRENDOUS ticket turnaround time — 3-5 business days. BTW, I have a couple of static HTML sites, no DB or anything fancy.

BEWARE – they will trick you to think it is the ongoing price, but starting the second month they started charging $12.95.

Their support goblins were dumb when I called (twice), kept pointing me to the fine print on their main hosting page with pricesm when I asked where can I see pricing for MY OWN account.

There is none! Nowhere in the management interface (which again is not cPanel, but some homegrown ugly interface) there is information on price I pay. Only going to Billing History I saw I am billed extra for two month now.

$13/mo for that junk? No way. Within an hour I signed up and moved to another hosting without a hitch, which seems great (and faster!) so far.

BEWARE of NEtwork Solutions and their shady practices to rob you, as well as junky service. If you agree to their TOS it gives them right to charge you WHATEVER they want (“…charge blah-blah, or then ongoing price, for service….”). BEWARE! STAY AWAY!
