Apparently the IP used by our billing system is on one of Microsoft’s infamous private blacklists. No big deal, we’ll just reply with a remove request as per the instructions in the email. Easy, right? That’s what I thought when we sent in the removal request two weeks ago.
Since we don’t send bulk or promotional email at all let alone from that IP, I’m guessing it was the dofus who had the IP before us (we just moved our billing system to a VPS from another provider). But since Microsoft isn’t responding to our emails and since there’s no other way to request a delisting, we’re stuck.
Has anyone had experience dealing with these jokers?
