Problem with JaguarPC

Big on Hosting. Unlimited Space & Unlimited Bandwidth

I made a payment for the VPS via the email reminder they sent me with paypal. For some reason they did not record the transaction, and they now just suspended the account. I asked them to check their receipt, but they want me to do that. Very annoying.

Also, I aksed them to update my VPS to the new packages that they are offering and they have not done that yet.

Any thought?
