For the past month or two, my sites have been extremely slow (working fine one minute, slow the next, loading half-way or not at all/500 errors)

My hosting provider says its on my end, that I should “check your local network cables to make sure they aren’t damaged and consult your ISP on why you are having issues with the first hops as those can linger on and cause other connection issues when packets from the other servers are coming back and being lost.”

I got the above comment after they did a trace back to my IP and after I sent them the attached pingplotter results.

Can anybody read the pingplotter results? I’m not an expert but as far as I can see all the errors and packet losses are on the other end.

Thank you for any advice/insight.
