I will thank God that good humans still exist 
QuatroVPS representative at WHT initiated a very humanitarian action when contacted me and offer a free VPS working with full services, software and feathers for approximately one year.
This saved me very much from a huge lose that caused me to be out of market as the outage came on a very difficult time when i wasn’t ready for a move as small re-seller with limited budget.
I hope to establish excellent service and to be a decent guest at QuatroVPS servers :
