Why I will not be renewing a shared hosting plan with Viper Host.
Their SSL cert on their company website expired end-October. Browser warnings occur when clients try to access client area to maintain account ( or to pay for renewal ). I submitted a Ticket J34668 mid-November pointing out the cert problem, and got a wonderful non-response:

And the cert is still expired today. Something that would weigh in the mind of one visiting their site to purchase their services.
