No.

Just look at a globe or world map and consider the speed that light travels.

If you want great coverage in the USA you would probably go for something mid-USA… Chicago or Dallas perhaps.

If you want USA and Europe you could go for New York, London or Amsterdam and get away with it fine.

If you want USA and Asia/Pacific then west-coast USA is the spot to be.

If you want them all then you either deploy servers to cover them all and do some load-balancing tricks, or you pick one reliable centre-spot and figure out how to reduce latency to remote locations using CDNs or whatever.
