I am a newbie here. Apologies if I am posting in wrong section or violating something.
Anyways, I would like to share the bitter experience encountered with XtraOrbit Webhosting.
My story starts back in April, 2012 when I purchased 2 years + 12 months free webhosting because it offers Moneybookers as payment option with 25% Off. I had no major issues with them though a minor problems like website going down and displaying database error which they solved. I had no problem as they were solving as soon as I send them a support ticket.
Recently, 10 days back my website went down displaying database error, for which I have sent a support ticket and they solved it.
Now 3 days back my site goes down with the same error. I send them a support request and they reply that they are investigating the issue. After 2 hours they reply saying your website is back as the server issue was solved but to my surprise when I try refreshing my website it says “This Account has been suspended”. I don’t know why they have did that as my hosting subscription is valid till April 2015 including the free months. Please check the screenshot of support ticket below:

My website showing “This Account has been suspended” leads to bad reputation and there has been no business at all last three days. In my experience I have never seen a web host taking 1 day 10 hours to reply for their support ticket.
Now, I know they will end up saying that lame excuse saying you have violated the fair usage policy for shared hosting which I am sure I did not.
Beware with XtraOrbit guys. Think twice before you transact there.
